Do I need the WhatsApp Business API for a chatbot?

Yes. Automated chatbots must run on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, not the WhatsApp Business phone app. I handle the setup, including Meta business verification, phone number registration and message templates.

How much does WhatsApp automation cost to run?

Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
